In light of efforts to restore a two-decades-abandoned 1,000-acre and 1.77 million square foot property, a significant number of buildings and streetlights have been recovered, illuminating the campus at night and giving new life to the area.
Campus illumination work is part of Dover Greens’ efforts and reflects their infrastructure improvements, such as electrical systems. The light restoration also indicates that construction infrastructure is ready for the buildings. Thus, it signals that construction projects are successfully moving forward to the next stage, in addition to adding beauty to the campus.
