Olivet Management Acquires Property in Houston

Olivet Management has acquired property in Houston, TX.

The facility that consists of 60,374 SF of building (2 story) on 2.75 acres of land. Building has an elevator, cafeteria, commercial kitchen, commercial laundry facilities and two outside buildings.

The Houston property has a total 84 individual rooms among its current infrastructures.

Plans for the new property encompass a multi-purpose center that includes office spaces, recreation centers, retail stores, and other commercial usage.
