Olivet Management LLC to redevelop former Dover Knolls Development Project

Olivet Management LLC has recently acquired Dover Knolls Development Project located in Dover, New York, from the Benjamin Companies. The development company has a long-term plan to develop the property into an educational, research and development center.

The Dover Knolls property is nestled in a region with miles of natural beauty, surrounded by mountains and rivers that run through it. Olivet Management LLC plans to begin development on the formerly dormant area and its existing buildings and infrastructure.

The location will accommodate educational facilities, retail vendors, an IT Center and R&D Center. These projects will allow for economic growth to the region and provide new job opportunities.
