Dover Greens announced the completion of construction and renovation work for Building 18, a major project that has been underway since early 2024. The facility has now received final approvals and officially opened as a new elementary school.
Building 18 underwent a full interior and exterior overhaul, including structural upgrades, classroom reconfiguration, new mechanical and electrical systems, and safety-compliant improvements designed to meet current educational and building code standards. The project was carried out in multiple phases to ensure quality control and coordinated inspections throughout the construction timeline.
With construction now complete, the elementary school has begun operations, providing the first cohort of students access to newly built learning spaces designed for long-term use and future expansion.
Dover Greens noted that Building 18 is one of several ongoing development projects on the property aimed at revitalizing existing structures and preparing them for modern educational and community functions.
