Historic 130 years old building was gut renovated with all new buildings systems including HVAC, fire alarm, roof and structural elements. This new office building will house administration offices for university’s global partner organization.

Dover Greens has been progressing through the comprehensive and extensive inspections of the existing sewer distribution system. The process involved televising thousands of linear feet of the sewer lines. Most recently the main sewer line that crosses underneath Route 22 from eastern side of the campus to the pump house was inspected and cleaned out.

The final landscaping project of fall 2020 has concluded with the planting of large maple trees along the future Tartan running track at Olivet University. Dover Greens developed exterior renderings for 6 I-shaped buildings located at the south end of the campus property which are planned to be redeveloped into live-work facilities and form the Christian Innovation Center in Dover Tech Park. The construction is expected to start in 2020.
