The asbestos abatement of the two story, 25,752 square foot Agape Hall was completed earlier this year by a licensed contractor under the oversight of a third-party project monitor. The abatement was followed by the installation of 144 new high-performance windows in the building.

Progress continued this month on the Dover campus with the installation of a new roof and complete gutter replacement at the Olivet Golf Course clubhouse building located on the west side of the campus.

A new stone entrance on the north end of the campus with an automatic gate featuring the engraved logo of World Evangelical Alliance along with supplementary entrances to the golf course were completed earlier this year.

Historic 130 years old building was gut renovated with all new buildings systems including HVAC, fire alarm, roof and structural elements. This new office building will house administration offices for university’s global partner organization.
