Dover Greens completed the planning for renovation of building that will serve Olivet Academy for pre-school and elementary education under its private charter school status.
15,000 SF building will feature classrooms for 100 students, library, kitchen, arts, music rooms and assembly area.
The south-end of the campus will also feature playground and additional structures for the daycare.
