This fall the asbestos abatement of 3 story 35,996 SF building located at Christian Innovation Center which is also known as Dover Tech Park was completed by a licensed contractor under the oversight of a third-party project monitor.
Dover Tech Park is a complex of six buildings totaling 210,000 SF of the building space that will become a hub for the development of various information technology projects and incubation of innovative digital solutions.
