Dover Greens has confirmed that the former Dover Knolls development project located in Dover, New York, will be renamed as the Dover Greens project.
A signboard of the new name was erected at an entrance to the vast property over the weekend. The permission to erect the sign, which is visible off Route 22, was already granted to the Dover Knolls developers.
The initial plans for the center include educational facilities, retail vendors, an IT Center and R&D Center.
