The abatement process for the fourth building of Tech Park has been completed. This marks the two-thirds point of the first phase of construction out of the entire set of six I-shaped buildings, totaling 210,000 square feet of building space.
Abatement serves as the preliminary phase of renovation, enabling access to the building and laying the groundwork for subsequent improvements.
Tech Park holds great significance as it is planned to provide a mixed-use live-work environment for several hundred programmers and designers, aiming to become a worldwide technology hub for Christians.
In addition, it also stands as the “Christian Innovation Center.” Anticipating numerous students coming to study, collaboration with Tech Park will create unique internship opportunities with a more Christ-centered culture that can impact transforming the world.
